What are your paid services if the forms are free?

The forms are free and that will not change. We offer paid services to configure, host and email the user data to you. It is a great option for small companies that want to focus on selling their products and services – and want someone else to handle the technical aspects. We can provide you a link for your webmaster to include in an “iframe”. It all looks like it is on your own website.
